Shared care

Working with referring GPs

We value close working relationships with referring GPs and aim to keep you informed throughout your patient's care. Clinic letters are sent following each appointment and we are available by phone for clinical queries.

For patients on long-term treatment or monitoring, we are happy to discuss shared care arrangements that keep as much management as possible close to home.
